Traffic Tickets Over DMV Decals

MYFOXNY.COM - New York City's ticket agents are nailing people with tickets they don't deserve and fines they should not have to pay. It's all about inspection decals that are peeling off windshields because of some bad adhesive. Fox 5 interviewed at least two motorists who couldn't believe that they got tickets when the decals peeled off. After Fox 5's John Deutzman looked into things, the city dismissed their tickets, but that doesn't mean it can't happen to you.
