Oprah to Interview Obama Next Week

    President Obama will be interviewed by Oprah Winfrey at the White House next week, Fox News reported Wednesday.

    Winfrey was one of Obama's most prominent supporters during the presidential campaign. She made a rare entry into politics during the race to endorse him and later held a fundraiser for him in California.

    Oprah's close friend Gayle King attended the first White House state dinner Tuesday night, though Winfrey did not attend, reported The Washington Post .

    Winfrey has said she will end her talk show at the end of its 25th season in September 2011.
