MYFOXNY.COM - Four-year-old Kai Anderson was diagnosed on April 6, 2009 with a rare and aggressive form of leukemia.
This devastating news came exactly one year to the day after his father, David, was diagnosed with another rare and complicated cancer, Mantle Cell Lymphoma. Kai's only hope for a cure lies in a bone-marrow transplant.

Kai attends the Montessori School.
Registration consisted of filling out a form and having cheeks swabbed -- a process that takes less than 10 minutes, and could save a life.
