An immigrant community center meant to be a place of refuge turned into a deadly nightmare. We still don't know why Jiverly Wong strapped on a bulletproof vest, barged in on a citizenship class and killed 13 people and himself on Friday.
Binghamton, N.Y., police said Saturday that they are withholding the names of the victims until they have notified the families and can release all the names at one time.
