NEW YORK - Hundreds of foreclosed home went to the highest bidder at a New York City auction. The auction was Sunday at the Jacob Javits Convention Center.

There were condos, single-family houses and duplexes in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Some were in good shape and some advertised as fixer-uppers, with problems such as mold, water damage and vandalism.
The auction was run by the Real Estate Disposition Corp . Sunday's sale was only the second one the company held in New York City.
