Woman Sues Neighbor Over Barking Dogs

MYFOXNY.COM - New Yorkers seem to have a love affair with their dogs.

But when one dog's bark was worse than its bite, a woman who lives in Manhattan bit back – with a $500,000 lawsuit for excessive dog barking, claiming excessive emotional and physical distress.

According to the lawsuit, two ittty-itty Chihuahuas apparently they barked all night so that the 62-year-old upstairs neighbor couldn't sleep.

Apparently it happened for over a year despite complaints.

No comment from the building's management or the dogs' owner.
