July 8, 2009 -- A New Jersey trucker has been hit with a $1000 fine for speaking Spanish while on the road.
He was ticketed on Independence Day.
It turns out a federal law requires commercial truckers to speak English.
But is it "unAmerican" or the right thing to do?
