The primary focus of the Nurse Practitioner (NP) is to promote optimum health, prevent illness and injury, and manage select acute and chronic health problems in the corporate health setting. The NP is the primary provider of clinical care for this setting. Reports To: Supervising (Collaborative) Physician Nurse Health Center Manager Director, Client Operations

Qualifications:

• Current license to practice as a RN/APN in the state of employment
• Master's Degree
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner with an adult population focus
• Three to five years' clinical experience in emergency care, ambulatory care or acute medical surgical nursing
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience in occupational health/corporate health is preferred

Requirements:

• An active state license
• BLS (ACLS preferred) certification by AHA or ARC
• At least 3 years experience preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong computer skills
• The ability to work independently is expected
