MYFOXNY.COM - Bill Larson is an inspiration. He recently appeared on both the Dr. Oz Show as well as Fox 5 News to talk about his amazing weight-loss journey.
Over the course of a few years, he has lost 175 pounds without surgery, a special diet, or a doctor's help. In 2005, he tipped the scales at 400 pounds. Determined to live a healthier life, he trimmed down to 225 pounds while eating what he wanted, controlling his portions, and exercising.
He writes a weight-loss column and blog to encourage others to make the journey, too.
