A student at St. John's University in Queens is being treated for swine flu (A/H1N1) virus. Four schools in New York City remain temporarily closed after suspected swine flu cases were reported or suspected.
According to a message posted at St.Johns.Edu says one undergraduate commuter student on the Queens Campus was treated and recovered from swine flu.

Mayor Michael Bloomberg says P.S. 21 in Flushing, Queens has a high number of students with flu-like symptoms who have called out this week. Health Department officials visited the school on Thursday and found no students with symptoms consistent with swine flu.
A spokesman for the Brooklyn Diocese says one student at Good Shepherd Catholic School in Marine Park, Brooklyn, and eight students St. Brigid Catholic School in Bushwick, Brooklyn, are sick and exhibiting swine flu-like symptoms.
St. Francis Prep. and P.S. 177 in Queens have been closed since earlier in the week. There are 28 confirmed cases at St. Francis. More than 80 students called in sick this week at P.S. 177.
The student at St. Brigid has a sibling at St. Francis.
Twelve students at Ascension School in Manhattan have come down with symptoms similar to swine flu. The school has not been closed. In a statement, New York archdiocese officials write: ""They took samples from four children and one teacher at the school and are making two home visits to students who are sick at home. These samples will be processed in New York City labs, results evaluated and next steps determined."
New York City officials say hundreds of school children are sick across the city and could possibly have swine flu.
Most of the cases are reported at St. Francis Preparatory High School .
The nurse who initially reported the jump in cases of flu-like illnesses at St. Francis Prep is not infected.
Symptoms include fever, body aches and sore throat.
St. Francis Prep. Principal Brother Leonard Conway says that he's been getting reports from parents that students who were ailing on Thursday and Friday are getting better.
At Ascension School , a Roman Catholic School in Manhattan's Upper West Side, at least 12 students have swine flu symptoms. Health officials are testing the students.
A Columbia University school official tells MyFoxNY.com that reports of a possible case of swine flu at Teachers College are not true.
There are 49 confirmed cases of swine flu in New York City. City Health Commissioner Thomas Frieden said Wednesday all those with confirmed cases are recovering, including a 19-month-old baby. Bloomberg says there are 16 probable cases of swine flu.
At least 11 states have confirmed cases of swine flu including at least five cases in New Jersey.
A 23-month-old boy visiting from Mexico died on Wednesday from the virus in Texas.
