MYFOXNY.COM - Dr. Mehmet Oz of "The Dr. Oz Show" comes to Fox 5 News to share his 5 tips for a healthy 2010. Here they are:

  1. Eat 100 calories fewer than you usually do
  2. Celebrate with your diet buddy
  3. Engage in rigorous physical activity for 30 minutes a day
  4. Sleep at least seven hours a night
  5. Floss daily

"The Dr. Oz Show" airs on Fox 5 weekdays at 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. Dr. Oz is Vice-Chair and Professor of Surgery at Columbia University.
