Invisalign makes clear braces. Dr. Adam Goodman says Invisalign Teen works best on mild to moderate cases. Results take about the same amount of time as metal braces: 18 to 24 months.
For kids, the company will replace aligners free of charge if they are lost. They cost between $5,000 and $8,000 for top and bottom.
If your insurance company covers traditional braces, it may also pick up the tab for the Invisalign, too.
