Good Day NY called in a mold expert on Wednesday to explain what to do if your home has a mold problem.

Kevin Hinchey, President and CEO of H & H Environmental , shared the following tips and information about mold in the home caused by flooding:

  • get rid of all the paneling, insulation, carpeting, anything that is porous
  • get fans introduced to the area very quickly
