MYFOXNY.COM - Nearly 200 childrens hospitals receive funds from the non-profit organization, The Children's Miracle Network. Helping them raise money is Miss America Caressa Cameron. We talk with the beauty queen as the organization gathers this week to celebrate the contributions of some extraordinary children.
Children's Miracle Network Champion Frankie Flora comes to GDNY as well.
The Children's Miracle Network champions are survivors who have overcome incredible health challenges and are helping raise awareness about the work the network's hospitals are doing. Frankie Flora's trauma involved a 20-minute attack from a pit bull. He will now undergo a series of cosmetic surgeries.
