VIAGRA, CIALIS VISION PROBLEMS: People who take Viagra or Cialist have reported blurred vision, changes in light perception and blue-tinged vision, but a new study disputes those findings.
About 200 healthy men who were taking the medication were given comprehensive eye exams. After six months, the researchers say there were no changes to the eye. The study was paid for by the makers of Cialis. The results do not apply to men who already have vision problems.
DEPRESSION & HEART FAILURE: A new study finds that having both heart disease and depression may put people at risk for heart failure down the road.
Previous studies have linked heart attacks and depression. Heart failure is a condition where the heart muscle weakens and doesn't pump as well over time.
CIGARETTES & POT DAMAGE: A new study finds that smoking cigarettes and pot puts smokers at 2.5 times more likely than non-smokers to have respiratory disease. Researchers find that even small amounts of marijuana smoking combined with cigarette smoke could be harmful.
