MYFOXNY.COM - The Good Day Cafe set up shop at Sushi Samba on 7th Avenue South. Yellowtail Ceviche was on the menu.
Recipe from Sushi Samba:
Four thin slices of sashimi grade Yellowtail
Two tablespoons of sliced celery
Two tablespoons of sliced onion
One tablespoons of Yuzu
Two tablespoons of soy sauce
Two tablespoons of shredded dikon
Half a teaspoon of red chili oil
One pinch togarashi
Steps:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl except for red chili oil, togarashi, and dikon
Add red chili oil, togarashi, and dikon last.
Plates should be chilled when served.
