Eggnog, potato chips, soup, salad, turkey, gravy, yams, stuffing, green beans, and cranberry sauce. Huge difference is dessert: Pecan pie a la mode; calories: 920; fat: 49 g

Total calories: 3,733; total fat: 202 g

2. TOSCA RENO'S EAT-CLEAN THANKSGIVING DINNER

Pomegranate fizz, hummus with veggie sticks, pumpkin soup, beet salad, turkey breast stuffed with oatmeal and leeks, no-fat gravy, lemon and cinnamon sweet potatoes, brown rice and apple stuffing, sautéed haricot verts, baked cranberries with apple. Huge difference is dessert: Pumpkin pie; calories: 283; fat: 12 g.

Total calories: 1,646; total fat: 36.5 g
