MYFOXNY.COM - Christian Faur, a physicist-turned-artist, has created an algorithm that allows him to pixilate an image and turn each pixel into a different shade of a crayon.

Good Day NY reporter Julie Chang checked out the exhibit at the Kim Foster Gallery on West 20th Street in Manhattan.

The images created are of famous portraits taken during the Great Depression.
