MYFOXNY.COM - A horrific murder on a 'D' train and the subsequent court proceedings could result in the alleged killer pleading 'insanity.'

Judge Jeanine Pirro, host of the udge Jeanine Pirro show, says "my concern is that he'll be found not guilty by reason of insanity... unfortunately, we (in New York) have that defense."

Another story making legal headlines is that of a woman suing her buidling's management for unfair treatment she claims she is receiving after marrying her doorman.

"There is more to the story," said Pirro. This woman appears to have a pattern.

According to recent reports, the woman's ex-boyfriend- who also worked- for the building- was allgedly encouraged by the woman to sue the building.
