Here's how the workout breaks down:
1) Balance stance - Use a bosu ball to stabilizes core, abdominals, obliques, and increases agility.
2) Ladder drills - Using a rope ladder on the floor, agility
drills are done to develop quick response and endurance.
It's a cardio workout, increases endurance, strengthens lower

3) Press plank - This strengthens the core while building the arms and agility in the legs.
