MYFOXNY.COM - Amie Hoff, a trainer with New York Sports Club, showed Mike Woods how to get in shape for ski season with the 'black diamond workout.'

Here's how the workout breaks down:

1) Balance stance - Use a bosu ball to stabilizes core, abdominals, obliques, and increases agility.

2) Ladder drills - Using a rope ladder on the floor, agility drills are done to develop quick response and endurance.
It's a cardio workout, increases endurance, strengthens lower body

3) Press plank - This strengthens the core while building the arms and agility in the legs.
