MYFOXNY.COM - Some lucky fans of 'The Twilight Saga' finally got their fix on Monday night. The premiere of the third installment, 'Eclipse,' took place in SoHo.
Walking the red carpet were two of the film's stars- Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart.
Entertainment reporter Anne Craig caught up with the pair.
So was it easier filming this time around after two films under their belts?
"Yes, because the cast is much closer. We're all very good friends now," Lautner told Anne Craig.
"It was a challenge forcing Bella to be someone else. It's nice to give her a little perspective," said Stewart while standing on the red carpet.
Critics say 'Eclipse' is the best of the three flicks in 'The Twilight' series.
"I'm very pleased that everyone thinks this is the best one, but I think every single one has something different," said Stewart.
The love triangle between Jacob, Bella and Edward takes a sharp turn as the bad vampires set out for Bella- Stewart's character.
Missing at the SoHo premiere was star Robert Pattinson. He is currently filming 'Water for Elephants.'
'The Twilight Saga: Eclipse' hits theaters nationwide at midnight.
