MYFOXNY.COM - Dr. Conrad Murray--Michael Jackson's physician and the last person to see him alive--will be charged with manslaughter, according to FOX News. Murray, a cardiologist based in Las Vegas, is alleged to have prescribed powerful anesthetics to treat Jackson's insomnia.

The drug- propofol- is used during surgical procedures.

On Tuesday, Murray posted a video on YouTube where he says he "told the truth" to detectives in Los Angeles investigating Jackson's death.

"I have faith the truth will prevail," Murray says in the video.

According to TMZ, the video was shot last week in Houston. The publicist for Dr. Murray's lawyer arranged the video shoot.
