The judge didn't rule on the case but ordered Jon and Kate Gosselin to work out their money arguments, in private, with an arbitrator.

Radar Online also reports that both parents must immediately  return money they took out of an account set aside to pay taxes and clothing bills. That would include $230,000 withdrawn by Jon Gosselin and $60,000 by Kate Gosselin.

After the hearing, photographers swarmed Jon and Kate Gosselin. Kate Gosselin left quickly and got into a nearby car with bodyguards.

Jon Gosselin and lawyer Mark Jay Heller walked for about 5 minutes with the swarm of photographers from local and national TV, but said little.

Jon Gosselin motioned that he could not talk about the case, and he even refused to talk about the Phillies when asked.

The judge will hear the results on October 26 and said the arbitration has to be in the best interests of the Gosselin's eight children.

TMZ also said the Gosselins were told to keep things "private" and "amicable."
