(MYFOX NATIONAL) - TMZ reports that when Santa Barbara Sheriffs deputies raided Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch in 2003, they found an assortment of powerful narcotics and other heavy drugs.
The list of drugs found on the property include the following ( see photos from TMZ ):
• A vial of Versed, a powerful sedative
• IV bags containing a "milky white fluid." The anesthesia Propofol has a milky white color and was found in Jackson's home the day he died
• A vial of Promethazine, an antihistamine with a strong sedative effect
• A bottle of Alprazolam (generic for the anti-anxiety drug Xanax)
• A bottle of painkiller Percocet
• A vial with Demerol
• A bottle of the steroid Prednisone
• Various other loose pills
• Oxygen tanks
• IV stands
A report from TMZ indicates that Jackson would often use his bodyguards' names or other pseudonyms to obtain the drugs. A former bodyguard named Chris Carter told the sheriff's department that he would pick up prescriptions of Xanax for Jackson who he said would take up to 30-40 pills a night.
TMZ also adds that sources tell them that two of the doctors being investigated, Dr. Arnold Klein and Dr. Conrad Murray, have not turned over complete medical records for Jackson. Shortly before his death, Jackson was reportedly seeing Dr. Klein several times a week for three or four hours at a time. One of Jackson's drivers told TMZ that Jackson would appear disoriented after leaving Klein's office.
The Los Angeles Police Department is investigating Jackson's prescription drug history to determine whether the singer died from an accidental overdose or homicide.
