Kevin Bacon Mugged in Subway

MYFOXNY.COM - A mugger is now six degrees away from Kevin Bacon.

The actor's BlackBerry was stolen in a Midtown subway station on Thursday. Bacon chased the thief, who got away.

The robber snatched Bacon's phone Thursday around 10:50 a.m. at the 53rd Street and Seventh Avenue subway stop.

The "Footloose" star's BlackBerry could be filled with the private numbers of actors and celebrities. One star's number is very likely stored in that phone -- Bacon's wife, Kyra Sedgwick.

Bacon could not be reached for comment.

This isn't the first time Bacon was robbed. Sedgwick and Bacon were among the victims of Bernard Madoff's $65 billion Ponzi scheme.
