Carrie Prejean's Racy Photos from TMZ

TMZ.com has released photos of Miss California USA Carrie Prejean posing semi-nude on a beach when she was 20. TMZ says she took the photos before she applied for the crown. In some of the photos, Prejean posed with her breasts exposed.

Meantime, a different set of photos of Prejean, taken when she was a teenager, have not cost her the crown. Donald Trump, who owns the Miss USA pageant, announced Tuesday at Trump Tower in New York City that the blond beauty can keep her title and crown.

The 21-year-old Prejean failed to reveal before last month's Miss USA pageant that she had posed in her underwear. Trump said the pageant determined those photos are not disqualifyin.

"We are in the 21st century. We have determined the pictures taken are fine," Trump said, adding that "in some cases the pictures were lovely."

Trump also defended Prejean for her comments during the Miss USA pageant that marriage should be between a man and a woman. Trump said Prejean answered honestly and pointed out that her belief doesn't appear to be any different than President Obama's.
