Skin-care giant Kiehl's opened their refurbished flagship store Thursday night in the East Village. Kiehl's has been in business since 1851, when the original apothecary first opened its doors.

Actress Chloe Sevigny, a long-time friend of Kiehl's -- she also lives in the  East Village -- hosted the event in support of The Doe Fund.

Fox 5's Julie Chang talked to some of the other stars who came out to celebrate (video, left).

The Doe Fund runs several program, including Ready, Willing and Able. New Yorkers often seen these blue-clad men, who were once homeless or in prison, cleaning the streets and sidewalks. This transitional employment is the first step they take to rebuilding their lives.
