Perth Amboy Celebrates Puerto Rican Heritage

MYFOXNY.COM - This weekend is all about Puerto Rican pride. The annual parade kicks off Sunday. But the local Puerto Rican community stretches well beyond the five boroughs of New York City.

Perth Amboy, N.J., is home to one of the largest communities in the area. Hall Avenue is a tight-knit community that celebrates the Puerto Rican heritage without traveling very far. It hosts its own Puerto Rican festival.
