Scott Stanford

Scott Stanford joined the My9 News Team in 2003 as a sports anchor and covers the sports beat as a reporter.

Prior to joining My9, Stanford was the afternoon sports anchor on New York City's WCBS Newsradio 880. He has also been a play-by-play announcer for college basketball and arena football. In addition, he has been heard as an announcer and voiceover artist for many local and national television shows.

Stanford is a multiple Emmy Award winner for his on-camera achievement in sports reporting. He is also the 2002 and 2003 recipient of the "AIR Award" for best radio sports anchor in the New York market.

Stanford currently resides lives in New Jersey with his wife and daughter.
